Roger Sandifer, 41, of Niagara Falls, NY passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 19, 2018 at Niagara Rehabilitation and Nursing Facility. Born in Tazewell, Tennessee, he was the son of the late Roger and Dorothy (Sutton) Sandifer. Roger was raised in Tennessee and moved to Niagara Falls with his loving sister, Laura Sandifer. Funeral services for Roger will be held at the convenience of his family.
