Ronald J. Capitano, 61, of Wheatfield, NY, passed away at his residence on August 29, 2024.  Born in Buffalo, NY, he was the son of the late John and Jane (Ralabate) Capitano.

Ron was self-employed as an auto mechanic.  He enjoyed racing cars, snowmobiling, boating, and mowing his lawn.  A man of faith, he attended church every Sunday.  He will be remembered for his happy and goofy demeanor, and was never angry or upset at anyone or anything.  Above all, he cherished the time he spent with his grandchildren.

Ron is survived by his children, Ashley Capitano (Jonathan Cook), Dana Capitano; Christina Capitano, and Korey Capitano; his grandchildren, Adrianna, Aubrey, Angelina, Guiliano, and Abel; his sister, Maryann Robel, as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.  He was predeceased by his sisters, Lorelei Llabres and Sandra Bendelmonte.
