Ronald F. Lucarini, 80, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on April 9, 2020 at Elderwood at Wheatfield.  Born in Carbondale, PA, he was the son of the late Evaristo and Vienna (Matteucci) Lucarini.

Ronald came to the area with his family at the age of 6.  He graduated from Niagara Falls High School and attended the University at Buffalo, studying Criminal Justice.  On September 28 ^th , 1963, Ronald married Donna (Mattace) Lucarini at Mount Carmel Church.

He was employed for 12 years as a Deputy with the Niagara County Sheriff's Department, 14 years as the Owner and Operator of Rainbow Securities in Niagara Falls, NY, and 10 years as a Security Officer at Niagara University.  Ronald enjoyed fishing, watching television, reading the newspaper as well as crime themed books, and joking with his family.  Above all, he will be remembered for the love he had for his family and the time spent with them.

In addition to his wife of 56 years, Ronald is survived by his children, Athena Marie Lucarini (married), Danette (Michael) Tulino, Ronald M. (Angie) Lucarini, Daniel A. Lucarini, and Carrie Lucarini; 8 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.  He was predeceased by his siblings, Josephine Passanese, Daniel Lucarini, and Armade Lucarini.
