Rosalie D. (LaBarber) Buffone, 77, of Niagara Falls, NY, died on Tuesday October 29, 2013 at her residence. Born in Niagara Falls, NY she was the daughter of the late Samuel and Lena (Bongiovanni) LaBarber.

Rosalie was a lifelong resident of Niagara Falls, NY and attended local schools. On July 25, 1969 she married Joseph F. "Buff" Buffone in Lewiston, NY. Mr. Buffone predeceased her on November 5, 2006. Rosalie was a supporting member of the S.P.C.A. She will be remembered as a very giving and loving woman who cared for everyone, including homeless people. She also had a passion for animals and would often shelter and care for injured and homeless pets. Rosalie was an extremely attractive lady who was always elegantly dressed.

Rosalie is survived by two sons Mark Campbell of Cromwell, CT and Bruce Campbell of Florida, two grandchildren, three great grandchildren, one brother Larry LaBarber of Niagara Falls, NY; two nieces Stacy (Ben) DelZoppo and Stefine LaBarber (Frank D'Amore); one aunt June Venuto and her loving companion Joe "Coke" Sinatra.

Visitation will be on Friday from 4 – 8 p.m. at the
M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 MILITARY ROAD, NIAGARA FALLS, NY. Family and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday November 2nd at 10:00 AM at Holy Family of Jesus, Mary and Joseph at St. Joseph Church, 1413 Pine Avenue, Niagara Falls, NY with Rev. Duane R. Klizek officiating. EVERYONE PLEASE ASSEMBLE AT CHURCH. Entombment in St. Joseph Cemetery, Niagara Falls, NY.
