Rosalie M. 'Roe' Vilardo, 81, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on May 25, 2025 at Elderwood at Lockport.  Born in Niagara Falls, NY, she was the daughter of the late Louis S. and Phyliss (Scrivano) Fazzolari.

Roe was part of the first graduating class of Niagara Wheatfield High School in 1962. On July 10, 1965, she married Salvatore L. 'Buddy' Vilardo at St. Joseph Church in Niagara Falls, NY.  Mr. Vilardo predeceased her on May 8, 2005.  Roe was employed in the Cashier's Office at Sears-Roebuck in Niagara Falls, NY for 40 years until her retirement in 2009.  She was a member of St. Leo's Church and shared a deep devotion to St. Anthony. Alongside her husband, Roe was a member of the Freewheelers Car Club – they loved cruising together in their classic car, Rosebud. More than anything, she loved and cherished the time she spent with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Rosalie is survived by her children, Lawrence S. (Diana) Vilardo and Tina (Don) Panepinto; her grandchildren, Salvatore Vilardo, Marco Leo Vilardo, Angelo Vilardo (fiancée Faith DeCorse), Santino Cafarella, and Vincenzo Panepinto, as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins that loved her very much.  In addition to her husband of 39 years, she was predeceased by her brothers, Frank (Theresa) Fazzolari and Louis (late Stella) Fazzolari.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 28 from 3 – 8 PM at M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 MILITARY ROAD, NIAGARA FALLS, NY 14304, where funeral services will begin on Thursday, May 29 at 9:30 AM followed by Rosalie's Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM at St. Leo's Church, 2748 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY 14304.  Interment in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Niagara Falls, NY.  In lieu of flowers, memorial offerings may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, https://www.stjude.org/.  Visit mjcoluccifuneralchapel.com for online condolences.
