Rosaline C. Tabone, 78, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away peacefully on August 15, 2015 in Elderwood at Grand Island Nursing Home. Born in Buffalo, NY, she was the loving daughter of the late Phillip and Louise (Ingrao) Tabone.

Rosaline attended local schools and graduated from Buffalo State College with a Master's Degree in Education. She was employed as a home economics teacher at the former LaSalle Junior High School in Niagara Falls, NY until her retirement. She was a longtime member of the New York State Teacher's Union and passionate advocate of the Diabetes Association and Alzheimer's Association. In her leisure time, she enjoyed cooking, sewing and tending to her garden. She also loved attending civil war reenactments and traveling.

Ms. Tabone is survived by her three siblings Vincent (late Gail) Tabone of Buffalo, NY, Phyllis Cocoles of Texas, Mary Lou Ardire, several nieces, nephews and cousins, as well as her special friends Pamela Woods and Bernie LaBlonde.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 9 – 10:30 A.M. at the M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY 14304. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00 A.M. in St. Vincent De Paul at St. Leo's Church, 2748 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY. Interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
