Rosaria (Nee Laspisa) LaScala Cronwell, 97, of Ocala, Florida, formerly of Niagara Falls, NY passed away July 22, 2021, under the care of Hospice of Marion County.  Born in Niagara Falls, NY, she was the daughter of the late Philip and Sarah (Vilardo) Laspisa

Rosaria is survived by a son, Salvatore (Marjorie) LaScala; her daughters Corinne (Salvatore) Costanzo, Carla (Michael) Sicoli, and Paula (James) Hilts; her son-in-law Roy Chase; her sister-in-law, Elena LaSpisa; 14 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, 6 great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews, cousins.  She was predeceased by her daughter, Lois Chase; her husband, Carl Cronwell; her sister, Grace Jarvis, and her brother, Joseph LaSpisa.

There will be no prior visitation.  Rosaria's Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, July 30 at 10 AM at Holy Family Parish at Mt. Carmel Church, 27 ^th and Independence Avenue, Niagara Falls, NY.  Entombment in St. Joseph Cemetery, Niagara Falls, NY.  Everyone please assemble at church.  In lieu of flowers, memorial offerings may be made to Hospice of Marion County, 3231 SW 34th Ave., Ocala, Florida 34474.    Arrangements by M.J.
