Rose Caffo, 83, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 13, 2022 in Elderwood at Wheatfield. Born in Niagara Falls, she was the daughter of the late Blaise and Irene (Marzolino) Caffo.

Rose was a lifelong resident of Niagara Falls, where she attended local schools and graduated from High School. For many years she worked as a receptionist for the Niagara County Probation Department prior to her retirement. She was a longtime parishioner of the former Sacred Heart Church, and a current member of St. Vincent De Paul Parish.

Rose was an avid skier and belonged to various local ski clubs in the area along with her beloved companion, Richard Miller. She also enjoyed bike riding and spending time with her family.

In addition to her companion of 40 years, Richard Miller, Rose is survived by her siblings, Jeanette Caffo, Rita (Gerald) Conahan and Angelo Caffo; as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sisters Maria Caffo and Lucia (late Charles) Choppolla.

Visitation will be on Saturday, April 23 from 10 – 11:00 AM at the M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY, where prayers will be said at 11:00 AM, followed by Rose's Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 AM in St. Vincent De Paul Parish at St. Leo's Church, 2748 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY.
