Rose M. Finelli, 99, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away peacefully on Monday, May 18, 2015 at Schoellkopf Health Care Facility in Niagara Falls, NY. Born in Fredonia, NY she was the loving daughter of the late Joseph and Anna (Micciche) Mantione.

Rose attended local schools in Fredonia, NY and graduated from D'Youville Business School in Buffalo, NY. She began working as a secretary at the former Beir's Department Store and also the former Ambassador Leather Goods both in Niagara Falls. Rose was later employed by Bell Aircraft in Niagara Falls as a computer operator until her retirement in the late 1980's. She was a longtime member of First Assembly of God Church and former member of Walnut Avenue Church of God, where she taught Sunday school. She also enjoyed ceramic art work.

Rose is survived by her loving son, Anthony J. Finelli of Niagara Falls, NY, as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her five siblings, Vincent Mantione, Samuel (Mary) Mantione, Pauline (late Tom) Calandra, Frances (late Joe) Palano, Angie (late Ralph) MaCali.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 21 st from 4 – 7 P.M. at the M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY where funeral services will be held on Friday, May 22 nd at 10 A.M. with Pastor Jim Vigil officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery, Lewiston, NY. Memorial donations may be made to the First Assembly of God Church Food Pantry, 9750 Niagara Falls Blvd., Niagara Falls, NY 14304.
