Roseanne Kitney Devaux, 71, of Welland, Ontario, and formerly of Niagara Falls, New York, passed away peacefully on July 26, 2026, at Hospice Niagara Walker House. She was the beloved wife of Patrick Devaux; daughter of the late Amadio “Amy” and Edith Lizzotti Navarroli; daughter-in-law of the late Sylvester and Negar Devaux, and the late Monica Devaux.

Roseanne was a proud graduate of Madonna High School and attended Niagara County Community College. Her natural artistic talent and creative spirit guided her throughout her life, beginning with her first position at Celenza Florist, where her eye for creativity and design blossomed.

Her marriage to the late Kevin Kitney moved her to Canada, where she continued her education at Niagara College.

She held various corporate positions throughout her early years, but most recently worked at Places4Students, a job and office she truly loved being a part of.

Entrepreneurial at heart, Roseanne owned and operated Sign Me Up, a local small business recognized for its seasonal decorations and décor. Often working alongside her husband, Patrick, she enjoyed home renovation projects and was never afraid of getting her hands dirty.

Known for her endless imagination, she filled the lives of those around her with art, laughter, and love.

Roseanne spent much of her leisure time volunteering with Last Chance Horse & Pony Rescue & Sanctuary in Ridgeway, Ontario. She dedicated countless hours to advocating for and fundraising on behalf of the animals she loved.

Golf, bingo, jigsaw puzzles, and family game nights were some of the best memories shared together. Her smile and laugh will live forever in our hearts.

Roseanne is survived by her husband, Patrick Devaux; her daughter, Arielle Devaux; her siblings, Anthony (Patricia) Navarroli, Marie (Dick) Smothers and John (Jennifer) Navarroli; her nieces and nephews, Anthony (Kimberly) Navarroli Jr., Michael (Tiffaney) Navarroli and Kendra (the late Michael) Navarroli Upham; as well as her great-nieces, great-nephew, and many beloved godchildren. Roseanne is also the sister-in-law of Shawn and Nancy Devaux of Melbourne, Florida, Brian Devaux of St. Lucia and Maureen Devaux of Melbourne, Florida.

The family extends their sincere thanks to the doctors and nurses at St. Catharines Marotta Family Hospital, as well as the dedicated staff and nurses at Walker Family Hospice in Welland for their compassionate care.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 5 from 4 - 7 PM at M.J. Colucci & Son Niagara Funeral Chapel, 2730 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY 14304.

Roseanne’s Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, August 6 at 11:00 AM at St. Joseph’s Church (Holy Family of Jesus, Mary & Joseph Parish), 1413 Pine Avenue, Niagara Falls, NY 14301.
