Ruth A. Snyder, age 85, of the Town of Niagara, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at Mt. St. Mary's Hospital. Born in Buffalo, NY, she was the daughter of Grant and Agnes (Sheehan) Houghton; loving wife of the late Wayne R. Snyder; beloved mother of Susan (Robert) Borchert, Bonnie (Lee) Owens, Wayne (Lynette) Snyder and Jeanette (Elwood) Conway; cherished grandmother of ten and great-grandmother to many. She was also the sister of Joanne (late Thomas) Macko, Marion (David) Kraebel, late Delores (late Anthony) Messana, late Sharon (late Joseph) Grizzanti, late Richard (Delores) Houghton and is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
