Sandra L. Bailey, 81, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on September 10, 2026, at Niagara Rehabilitation and Nursing in Niagara Falls, NY. Born in Medina, NY, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Verna Adams.

Sandra was employed for five years in janitorial services at Brunner International Brakes in Medina, NY. In 2008, she made Niagara Falls her home, where she continued to build a life centered around faith, family, and simple joys. She enjoyed reading, watching westerns, and playing cards—especially bowers. A strong believer in God, Sandra was known for her warm spirit, her laughter, her love of joking and having fun, and the way she made every gathering feel lighter just by being present. Above all, she cherished time spent with her family.

She is survived by her children, Rebecca Jermy, Joshua Reid (fiancée Suzanne Turner), and Robert Kelley; eight grandchildren; five great‑grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by several siblings.
