Sarah J. Pasek, 90, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away peacefully on April 15, 2026, at Buffalo General Hospital. Born in Karthaus, PA, she was the beloved daughter of Rosanna Buckrop and the devoted wife of the late Stephen Pasek, whom she married in 1984.

Sarah was raised in Pennsylvania, where she attended local schools and graduated from high school. She later relocated to Niagara Falls with her mother and sister beginning a new chapter rooted in family, faith and community.

A proud and longtime member of the Town of Niagara Lioness Club, Sarah dedicated herself to service and fellowship. She was also a devoted volunteer for more than 20 years with the American Red Cross through Mount St. Mary’s Hospital, offering her time with compassion, generosity, and a genuine desire to help others.

Sarah was an avid bingo player, enjoyed visiting the casino, and was a loyal Buffalo Bills fan. She loved spending time outdoors, especially feeding the birds, which brought her daily peace and happiness. Known for her giving nature, she was always ready to lend a hand and was truly loved by all who knew her.

Above all, Sarah centered her life around her family. She cherished every moment spent with her grandchildren and great‑grandchildren, who were the light of her life.

Sarah is survived by her children, Susan (Denis) O’Keefe, Brenda (Robert) Herman, Timothy (Tina) Young, Kenneth (Charlene) Young; her beloved grandchildren, David, Jennifer, Michael, Jason, Robert Jr., Tyler, Kevin, Melissa, Brandon and was sadly predeceased by one grandson, Danny Young. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren, her sister, Dorothy (late Edward) Webber, as well as many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be on Saturday, April 25 from 12 – 3 PM at M.J. Colucci & Son Niagara Funeral Chapel, 2730 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY 14304, where funeral services will begin at 3:00 PM. Interment will be held privately in Holy Trinity Cemetery, Lewiston, NY.
