Shawn H. Chateauneuf, 60, of the Town of Niagara, passed away at his residence on October 10, 2020.  Born in Niagara Falls, NY, he was the son of the late Paul and Ruth (Szlichcinski) Chateauneuf.

Shawn was employed in maintenance with the Niagara Falls Housing Authority, as well with various local companies. He loved the outdoors, especially fishing, camping and boating.

Shawn is survived by his children, Ashley L. Chateauneuf (Derek Kraft) and Paul M. Chateauneuf (Francesca Paradiso); his grandchildren, Sykora, Derek, and Noah; his sister, Lisa (James) Scalzo, as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.  He was predeceased by his siblings, Michael V. (late Michelle) Chateauneuf and Paul Chateauneuf.
