Sheila Collins, 88 of Lewiston, NY, passed away on November 3, 2020 at her residence surrounded by her loving family.  Born in Cork City, Ireland, she was the daughter of the late Patrick and Johanna (Hurley) Murphy.

Sheila graduated from the Rossmore School in Cork City, Ireland and came to the Niagara Falls, NY area in 1952 and later graduated from Kelly's Business Institute in Niagara Falls.  On November 14, 1953 she married Francis Ray Collins at St. Mary's of the Cataract Church  Niagara Falls.  Mr. Collins predeceased her on October 24, 2016.  Sheila was Co-Proprietor and Bookkeeper of their family owned business, Ray's Auto Electric in the Town of Niagara for 60 years. She was devout to her Catholic faith and prayer and a longtime parishioner of St. Peter's Church.  She was the eldest of her siblings and godmother of 7 children.  Above all Sheila was devoted to her family and friends and centered her life around them.

Sheila is survived by her children Debra A. (late Allan) Hastee and Dennis R. Collins; her grandchildren, Sean (Shusila) Hastee and Kelly (Anthony) Pallaci; great-grandchildren, Lilyana, Anthony and Nicholas Pallaci; her sister Mary (Donald) Steele as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.  In addition to her husband of 62 years Sheila was predeceased by her siblings Patrick (Kathleen) Murphy and Margaret (late Michael) Casey.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 6 ^th from 4 – 6 PM at M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 MILITARY ROAD, NIAGARA FALLS, NY 14304. Sheila's Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday at 10:00 AM in St. Peter's R.C. Church, 620 Center Street, Lewiston, NY 14092.  Everyone please assemble at church.  Interment in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Lewiston, NY.  If desired, memorial offerings may be made to St. Peter's Church or Our Lady of Fatima Shrine, 1023 Swann Road, Youngstown, NY 14174.  Visit mjcoluccifuneralchapel.com for online condolences.
