Shelvie J. Bailor, 72, of Niagara Falls, New York, passed away on March 11, 2019 at Sisters of Charity Hospital, Buffalo New York. Born in Lewiston, NY, she was the daughter of the late Merrill and Wilma (Wable) Davis.

Shelvie attended local schools. She was widow of the late Chester S. Bailor, who predeceased her in 1974. She will be remembered for her sense of humor, quick wit, and her passion completing Jigsaw puzzles, above all, she loved being with her family her grandchildren and great- grandchildren

Shelvie is survived by her children, Richard Bailor, Sandra Bailor, she was predeceased by her son James (Mary) Bailor cherished grandmother of Kimberly, Michelle, Jamie and Alydia Bailor; great-grandmother of Haylee, Kaitlyn, Savannah and Brooke.  Devoted sister of Judith (John)  Habiuck,  Gaylord Davis,  Lonnie Davis,  Merrill Davis, she was predeceased by other brothers and sisters.
