Shirley Ann (Pirinelli) (Hillman) Anderson, 78, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 19 ^th , 2017 at Mt. St. Mary's Hospital. Born in Niagara Falls, she was the daughter of the late Anthony A. and Rosaline M. (Maule) Pirinelli.

Shirley was employed by the Niagara Falls Board of Education and retired from Niagara Falls High School in the cafeteria department after 20 years. She enjoyed spending time with her beloved family, especially her grandchildren and dog, Oreo.

Shirley is survived by her children, Robert D. Hillman, Tami Hillman Carter, Rosalie Hillman, Richard A. (Kathy Marsh) Anderson, Kathy Anderson Fernandez, John P. Anderson and Kelli A. Anderson; grandchildren, Staci Hillman, Trevor Hillman, Robert Carter, Mary Rose Carter, Alex Fernandez, Matthew J. Anderson; brother, Paul (Sheila) Pirinell, as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. Shirley was predeceased by two siblings, Peter Pirinelli and Marie (late Carmen) Marra.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 26 ^th from 10 – 12 Noon at M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 Military Road, Niagara Falls, where funeral services will follow at 12 Noon.
