Stephen P. Neilson, 58, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on November 2, 2022 at ECMC.  Born in Buffalo, NY, he was the son of the late Kenneth Neilson and the late Mary Lois (Murphy) Neilson, and the step-son of Ann Neilson, and the grandson of the late Jessie Woolever.

In addition to his step-mom, Steve is survived by his loving fiancée, Judy L. Sparks; his step-son, Cody Guiliani; his brothers, Mark (Linda) Neilson, Peter (Gail) Neilson, David (Gary) Neilson, Alan (Barb) Heining, and Keith Neilson, as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.  Besides his parents and grandmother, Steve was predeceased by his step-son, Daniel Koslicki, and his brothers, Daniel (Barb) Neilson and Joseph Neilson.

Steve graduated from West Seneca East, and earned his Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice from ECC and his Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Buffalo State.  Steve was employed with Picasso's Pizza/Fresh Bake since he was 16 years old, and became Plant Supervisor.  Steve was a very social person, and loved coming up with nicknames for his family and friends.  He enjoyed going to the Casino, traveling, woodworking, and spending time on Strawberry Island.

There will be no prior visitation.  Funeral services will be held at a later date to be announced.  If desired, memorial offerings may be made to the ECMC Trauma Unit or to Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center.  Arrangements by M.J.
