Steven B. Riddlebarger, 41, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away at his residence on July 23, 2025.  Born in Clearwater, FL, he was the son of Gerald L. (Dawn R. (Higgins)) Riddlebarger and the late Maryann (Frier) Riddlebarger.

Steven moved to the Niagara Falls area at age 14, and later moved to Georgia at age 18 before returning to the Niagara Falls area.  Steven was employed locally for various pizzerias, most recently at Mr. Ventry's on the Boulevard.

In addition to his father and step-mother, Steven is survived by his siblings, Garrett Riddlebarger, Davon Riddlebarger and Morgan Riddlebarger, as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins.
