Susan C. Falsetii Breloff, 68, of Lockport, NY, passed away on January 3, 2025. Born in Buffalo, NY, she was the daughter of the late Edward S. and Barbara (Loncto) Falsetti.

Susan was a 1974 graduate of Lockport High School and received her Associates Degree in Business Administration from the University at Buffalo in 1978.  Susan was employed for many years at Mesch Engineering in Lockport, NY as the Head Secretary, Consulting and later AutoCAD Design.  During several years she lived in San Diego, CA where she was head of payroll for the county.  Susan moved back to Youngstown and Lockport, NY, where she became a Real Estate Agent, Broker and Appraiser for various realtors including Froman Realty and Realty USA.

Susan had a passion for real estate, history and architecture of properties in the area.  She enjoyed baking, cooking and gardening.  Most of all she enjoyed spending time with family especially her grand-daughters.  Susan was a giving person with a good heart.   Her sound advice to her daughters will always be remembered.

Susan is survived by her daughters, Heather J. Falsetti and Clarissa Breloff, grandchildren, Kevin, Joshua, Lauren and Grace, siblings, John (Jenny) Falsetti, James (Nan) Falsetti and Guy (Jill) Falsetti, as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.  She was predeceased by her brother Edward W. (Marilyn) Falsetti.
