Susan Mae Lewis, 72, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away peacefully at her home on March 1, 2026. Born in Medina, NY, she was the daughter of the late Mattie Robinson and the wife of Gregory Lewis.

Susan dedicated many years of service as a bus aide, a role through which she touched countless lives with her kindness. She also poured her heart into the things she loved most including sewing, singing and listening to music. A woman of deep faith, Susan was steadfast in her devotion to her Lord and Savior and was a frequent and cherished presence in her church community. Her faith guided her daily, shaping the way she loved, lived, and cared for others.Above all, Susan centered her world around her family and treasured every moment spent with her grandchildren and great‑grandchildren. Her guiding motto, “blessed, not stressed,” was more than a phrase, it was the spirit with which she approached each day.

In addition to her husband, Greg, she is survived by her three children, Edward (Patricia) Patterson, Jr., Anthony Griffin, Jasmine Robinson, and was sadly predeceased by her daughter, Sharon Figueroa. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Selena (Omara Howard) Patterson, Sanaya (Robert Weeden Jr.) Patterson, Samantha (Eric) Starks, Cameron Patterson, Edward Patterson and Cari Griffin; her great-grandchildren, Elena Patterson, Amarionna Howard, Omara Howard Jr., Harmony Howard, Robert Weeden III and Amaris Weeden. She is also survived by a host of godchildren, extended family and friends.
