Loving Wife, Mother, Daughter, Sister, Aunt and Niece

Susan E. (Cudahy) Principe 50, of Niagara Falls, NY passed away on Friday October 17, 2014 at Mt. St. Mary's Hospital in Lewiston, NY. Born in Niagara Falls, NY she was the daughter of Betty (Leuthold) Cudahy of Niagara Falls, NY and late Joseph Cudahy.

Sue was a lifelong resident of Niagara Falls. She attended local schools and graduated from the former LaSalle Senior High School in 1982. On May 18, 1985, she married Jeffrey J. Principe in Prince of Peace Church in Niagara Falls. Susan's life was devoted to her family.

In addition to her mother and husband of 29 years, she is survived by her daughter Kaitlin M. Principe of Niagara Falls, NY, her brothers and sisters, Daniel Cudahy of Niagara Falls, NY, Barbara (David Cassert) Girardo of Grand Island, NY, Maureen Baptiste of Niagara Falls, NY, David (Deanna) Cudahy of Niagara Falls, NY, Joseph (Amanda) Cudahy of Grand Island, NY, her nieces and nephews, Jacqueline Mease, James Baptiste, Lila Cudahy, Tess Cudahy and Kieran Cudahy, one uncle Francis Cudahy, one aunt Marianne Cudahy and several cousins. She was also the daughter-in-law of the late Dr. Joseph and Yolanda Principe.

Visitation will be on Tuesday from 6-9 p.m. at the M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL 2730 MILITARY ROAD NIAGARA FALLS, NY. Family and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday October 22nd at 10:00 a.m. at St. Vincent DePaul Parish at Prince of Peace Church 1055 North Military Road Niagara Falls, NY with Rev. Andrew Lauricella officiating. EVERYONE PLEASE ASSEMBLE AT CHURCH. Interment will follow in Riverdale Cemetery Lewiston, NY. In lieu of flowers, memorial offerings may be made to the American Diabetes Association of Western, NY 315 Alberta Drive Suite 102 Buffalo, New York, 14226.
