Tammy A. Highway, 51, of Lockport, NY, passed away on June 29, 2022 at Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital in Amherst, NY.  Born in Niagara Falls, NY, she was the daughter of Robert "Skip" Sr. and Christine (Kosak) Serpa.

Tammy attended local schools and earned an Associate's Degree in Phlebotomy from Erie Community College and also studied to be a Medical Assistant.  She loved to cook, and was well known for her family gatherings.  Above all, she will be remembered for her selflessness, her willingness to take care of everyone, and her love for her family.

In addition to her parents, Tammy is survived by her husband, Shawn P. Highway; her children, Jordan (Kaitlyn) Denney, Christopher (Candace) Amsdill, Alexandria Amsdill (fiancé Alex Kenville), and Nicholas Highway; her grandchildren, Dominic Stanford, Christopher Amsdill, Jr. and Jacob Denney; her brother, Robert Serpa, Jr. (fiancé Gibson Haynes), and dear friend Sarah Martelli, as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 6 from 3 – 7 PM at M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 MILITARY ROAD, NIAGARA FALLS, NY 14304, where funeral services will be held at 7 PM.
