Loving Sister

Theresa (Infantino) DiMino, 79, of Lewiston, NY passed away Saturday June 13, 2009 in Our Lady of Peace Nursing Residence in Lewiston, NY. Born in Niagara Falls, NY, she was the daughter of the late Philip and Louisa (Ungano) Infantino and was a graduate of Niagara Falls High School.

Theresa assisted in the dental office of Dr. Rocco LaRocca in Niagara Falls for many years. She later worked with her former husband in the operation of their grocery stores; the former DiMino's Red & White on Niagara Falls Boulevard and later Tops Market, both in Niagara Falls, NY. Theresa was a member of the Italian Sons and Daughters of America and the St. Francis Guild, both in Niagara Falls. She enjoyed reading, and will always be remembered for her close concern and care of her family and many friends.

Theresa is survived by her brother Philip (Joan) Infantino of Lewiston, NY; her long-time companion, Anthony Leone of Lewiston, NY as well as many loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great nephews, and cousins. She was predeceased by five brothers: Samuel (late Mary) Infantino, Joseph Infantino, Anthony (Phyllis of Lewiston, NY) Infantino, Charles (late Angelina) Infantino, Louis A. Infantino, and a young sister Theresa.

Friends may call on Monday from 3 – 7 p.m. at the M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL 2730 MILITARY ROAD NIAGARA FALLS, NY where funeral services will be held on Tuesday June 16th at 9:15 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in Holy Family of Jesus, Mary, and Joseph Parish at St. Joseph Church, 1413 Pine Avenue Niagara Falls, NY. Interment in St. Joseph Cemetery, Niagara Falls, NY. If desired memorial offerings may be made to the American Cancer Society, 101 John Audubon Parkway Amherst, NY 14228-1198.
