Theresa Fazzolari, 88, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away very peacefully on February 15, 2026, surrounded by her loving family at the residence of her son, Louis. Born in Buffalo, NY, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Thomasina (Caserta) Cutre.

Theresa was a graduate of Fosdic Masten High School in Buffalo. On September 9, 1961, she married the love of her life, Frank Fazzolari, in Buffalo, and the couple moved to Niagara Falls in 1962. Mr. Fazzolari predeceased her on September 28, 2015, after nearly 54 years of marriage.

Theresa was employed as a Billing Clerk with the former Consolidated Freightways in Tonawanda, NY, until her retirement in 2002. She will be remembered most for her unwavering devotion to God and her deep love for her family, who were the center of her life.

She is survived by her children, Louis (Melinda) Fazzolari, Phyliss (Dan) Hafner, Dr. Frank (Dr. Annie Lee) Fazzolari, Jr., and John (Dianne) Fazzolari; her cherished grandchildren, Amanda (Cory) Lapp, Daniel (Jackie) Fazzolari, Katelynn (Josh) Lamendola, Derek Hafner, Kristine (Dana Neal) Hafner, Dominic Fazzolari, Lauren Fazzolari, Nicholas Fazzolari, Carina Fazzolari, Kendra Fazzolari, and Shawn Fazzolari; and five beloved great‑grandchildren, Victoria, Vito, Mila, Leo, and Elouise. She is also survived by her brother, Joseph (late Beverly) Cutre, as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In addition to her husband, Theresa was predeceased by her grandson, Louis Fazzolari, Jr., and her siblings, Louis (late Sarah) (late Cathy) Cutre, and Dominic (late Emilia “Amy”) Cutre.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 17, from 4–7 PM at M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY 14304. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 18, at 11 AM at Destiny Christian Church, 905 College Avenue, Niagara Falls, NY 14305.
