Theresa Ann Williams, age 69, of Niagara Falls, NY left to be with the Lord on August 13, 2021.

Theresa was born on October 3, 1951 in Niagara Falls, NY to the late Nathaniel John Williams and Annie R. Flynn.  She attended Niagara Falls High School and Niagara University.  Theresa was a devoted and loving mother to her children, her nieces, nephews, and others who came into her presence.

She dedicated her life to the Lord Jesus Christ and in 1989 became one of the founding members of the former Higher Ground Christian Center. Theresa was an active member of Higher Ground Christian Center holding various positions, including church secretary, Singles Ministry Leader, choir member, Hospitality Director, and Praise and Worship Team Leader.

People enjoyed sitting in her presence, gaining peace from her listening ear and kind words. She embraced the weary with meekness, grace, and wisdom.  Many often wondered how she raised and enjoyed the pleasure of each of her nine children.  Her words were, "God gives you grace for the day."

Each of Theresa's children and grandchildren enjoyed a special relationship with her.  Her nieces, nephews, and friends of her children came to her for soothing talks and the warm embrace of her love.  She enjoyed going to the movie theater with her sons, shopping with her daughters, time spent with family and friends, and especially praising and worshipping the Lord God Almighty.

Theresa leaves behind her legacy of nine children, Markus (Tara) Williams, Sr. of Niagara Falls, NY, Catrice Garland of Las Vegas, NV, Florence Williams, Rhonda Williams, Wally (Jennifer) Reynolds and Helen Reynolds all of Niagara Falls, NY, Hal Reynolds of Maple Grove, MN, John Reynolds of Niagara Falls, NY, and Ken Williams of Coon Rapids, MN, 18 grandchildren, one great-grandchild due in September 2021, six siblings, Julius Frank Starks of Niagara Falls, NY Ronald Williams of Woodbury, MN, Deborah Williams of Killeen, TX, Wayne (Elizabeth Maria) Flynn of Niagara Falls, NY, William (Deidre) Flynn of Davenport, FL and Ethel Flynn of Niagara Falls, NY, one aunt, Lillie Mae Johnson of Bonneau, SC, one uncle, Joseph Wallace of St. Stephens, SC. and a host of relatives and friends.

God blessed us with this amazing mighty warrior and she will be truly missed.
