Thomas G. Frazier, 66, of Niagara Falls, NY passed away on August 4, 2016, at N.F. Memorial Medical Center. Born in Niagara Falls, he was the son of the late George W. and Frances R. (Galbo) Frazier.

Tom attended local schools and was employed at Pine Pharmacy as a pharmaceutical delivery specialist. He was an avid fan of the New York Yankees, Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Sabres. He also enjoyed reading, and writing poetry. Thomas will be greatly missed by his loving family.

Mr. Frazier is survived by two daughters, Lenore (Christopher) Uhrich, Renee (Frank) Wolf; grandchildren, Zoe, Olivia and Joseph Uhrich and Michael Wolf. He is also survived by his siblings Francine Tufts, Jeffrey (Crystal) Frazier, NFFD, as well as several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Tom was predeceased by his brother Gerald Frazier.

Family and friends are invited to attend funeral services on Saturday, August 6th at 10:00 A.M. at Riverdale Cemetery in the Mausoleum Chapel, 5605 Old Lewiston Road, Lewiston, NY.
