Thomas D. 'Tom' Graham, age 78, formerly of Ransomville, NY, passed away on December 17, 2025 at Williamsville Suburban Nursing Home.  Born in Amherst, NY, he was the son of the late Thomas W. Graham and Mary E. (Thomas) Graham.

Tom lived in Ransomville his entire life and graduated from Starpoint High School. He was employed at Steadman's Nursery in Newfane, NY, where he worked in landscaping.  Tom loved woodworking and working with his hands. He enjoyed making connects with his grandchildren, and loved playing solitaire on the computer and doing crossword puzzles.

He is survived by his children: William D. Graham, Jenniffer (Manny), and Ben (Alyson) Graham; grandchildren: James, William, Christine (William) Martinez, Samantha, Tyler, Ben II, Ashton, Alexia, Eithan, London, Rowan, Madison, Aubrey, Isaas, Amber, Ashley, and JJ; eight great-grandchildren; siblings: Gary (Ann) Graham, Pat Harrington, and Kelly Graham; as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.  Tom was predeceased by his first wife, Jean Marie (Boots) Graham, his second wife, Donna Marie (Gers) Graham, and his children, Clayton Beccu and Tammy (Jim) Dochstader.
