Thomas F. Welker, age 68 of Niagara Falls, NY passed away on May 27, 2018 at Mt. St. Mary's Hospital.  Born in Phillipsburg, PA he was the son of the late Frederick R. and Elsie I. (Balough) Welker.

Tom attended local schools, graduating from Trott Vocational High School and later from Erie County Community College with an Associate's Degree. He married Rita M. Webb in 1974.  He was employed as a production manager at North American Hoganas Inc. in Niagara Falls.  Thomas was a member of the Niagara Frontier Country Club.  In his leisure time he enjoyed playing golf, handball and traveling.  Above all Tom enjoyed spending time with his family.

In addition to his wife, Thomas is survived by his son, Russell E. (Sarah Falzone) Welker; siblings Barbara (Joseph) Blantern and Gerald (Kathy) Welker; sister-in-law Carol (Henry) Sandonato as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation will held on Saturday, June 9th from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM at M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 MILITARY ROAD, NIAGARA FALLS, NY where funeral services will begin at 1:00 PM with Rev.
