Ursula C. (Oster) Quaglia, 82, of Niagara Falls, NY passed away on Thursday, November 19, 2015 at Mt. St. Mary's Hospital in Lewiston, NY. Born in Cologne, Germany.
Ursula was educated in Germany and later came to the United States and settled in Niagara Falls, NY where she lived until the present time. She had a passion for animals and was a member and served as a past president of PALS in Niagara Falls. She enjoyed going to the casino but Ursula's greatest pleasure was spending time with her family.
Ursula is survived by her husband Nicholas A. Quaglia, three children Joseph Lange of Niagara Falls, NY, Linda Lange of Dunedin, FL and Anthony Quaglia of the Town of Wheatfield; five grandchildren Christopher Quaglia, Rachel Ortman, John Washington, Jeremy Lange and Jeffrey Lange and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by two sisters Rosemary Smith and Margaret Monnone. .
Visitation will be on Sunday from 4 – 7 p.m. at the M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 MILITARY ROAD, NIAGARA FALLS, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, November 23rd at 11:00 AM at St. Vincent de Paul Parish at Prince of Peace Church, 1055 North Military Rd., Niagara Falls with Rev. Robert Stolinski officiating. EVERYONE ASSEMBLE AT CHURCH. Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Niagara Falls, NY.
