Vera Ann (Zucco) Ohanian, 77 of Niagara Falls, NY passed away at home on Sunday October 7, 2018.  Born September 14, 1941 in Niagara Falls, NY she was the daughter of the late Theodore and Saverina (Costanzo) Zucco.

Vera was a lifelong resident of Niagara Falls.  She attended local schools and graduated from the former LaSalle Senior High School.  She began her career working at Hooker Chemical Company and later went on to work as a sales clerk for Hills and Ames Department Stores.

Vera is survived by her four daughters, Teresa (Ron) Hoffman, Lisa Ohanian, Charlotte (Charles) Grimm and Joann (Brian) Ferrick, six grandchildren, Michael (Laura) Ohanian, Melissa (Michael Hofmann) Hoffman, Ronald Hoffman, Jr., Elizabeth Hoffman, Alex Zabaldo and Sam Zabaldo, four great-grandchildren Jonas Giambra, Aleksander Stearns, Riddick Hofmann and Lilly Ohanian as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.  She was also predeceased by her great-grandson Nathaniel Stearns and three brothers, Salvatore Zucco, Theodore (Darlene) Zucco and Thomas Zucco.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 12 ^th from 10:00 a.m. - 12 Noon at M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 Military Rd, Niagara Falls, NY, where funeral services will immediately follow at 12:00 Noon.
