Vicki Lyn (Malvestuto) Kneeppel, 46, of Niagara Falls, NY passed away at her residence on Saturday, September 26, 2009. Born in Niagara Falls, NY, she was the daughter of Victor A. Malvestuto and Angeline T. (Messina) Malvestuto both of Niagara Falls, NY.

Vicki was a lifelong resident of Niagara Falls, NY. She attended local schools graduating from the former Trott Vocational High School in 1980 and later attended Niagara University. She was employed as a licensed practical nurse at First Step in Niagara Falls, and prior to that she worked at the former DeVeaux Manor also in Niagara Falls. In her leisure time, Vicki enjoyed bowling in various local leagues, reading and watching classic movies. She also had a love for animals, collecting religious artifacts and shopping.

In addition to her parents, Vicki is survived by one son, Anthony M. Kneeppel of Niagara Falls, NY; one brother Mark Malvestuto, one sister Tina Malvestuto both of Niagara Falls, NY; her longtime companion Raymond Barrett of Niagara Falls, NY; her loving cousin Rose Messina Russell as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Friends may call on Wednesday from 2 – 4 and 6 – 9 p.m. at the M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 MILITARY ROAD, NIAGARA FALLS, NY where funeral services will begin on Thursday October 1st at 9:45 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. in Holy Family of Jesus, Mary and Joseph Parish at St. Joseph Church, 1413 Pine Avenue, Niagara Falls, NY with Rev. Stewart Lindsay O.S.F.S. officiating. Interment will be held in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Niagara Falls, NY.
