Vincent A. Palmer, 59, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, June 3 ^rd , 2017 at his residence. Born in Buffalo, NY, he was the loving son of Theresa M. Silvestre and the late John L. Palmer; and the stepson of Philip Silvestre.

Vince was a lifelong resident of Niagara Falls, where he attended local schools. He was employed by Tops Friendly Markets as a night manager for over 31 years until his recent retirement. In his leisure time, he enjoyed playing the guitar and spending time with his barkless Basenji, Pharoah, whom sadly passed away this past winter. Above all, Vince will be remembered as a very selfless man who had a great deal of empathy for others.

In addition to his mother and step-father, Vince is survived by his brother, Steven M. Palmer; his aunt Angeline (late Raymond) Gomez; nieces, Melissa Briglio and Sarah (Michael Massimi) Palmer; great-nieces, Mariana Briglio, Naomi Massimi and great-nephew, Geno Briglio; as well as several dear cousins.

Visitation will be held on Friday, June 9 ^th from 4 – 8 P.M. at M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 Military Road, Niagara Falls. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday at 10:00 A.M. in St. Vincent de Paul Parish at St. Leo's Church, 2748 Military Road, Niagara Falls.
