William P. Harkins, Jr., 70, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on January 4, 2019. Born in Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late William Harkins and Jane Smith.

Bill attended local schools and enlisted into the United States Army until his honorable discharge in 1972. He obtained his Bachelor's Degree and began working as an Engineer at the former Hooker Chemical Company.

Mr. Harkins married his beloved wife, Susan (Anderson) Harkins, on September 12, 1970 at St. Mary of the Cataract Church. Susan passed away on August 8, 2014.

William is survived by his extended family throughout Niagara Falls, NY and Cleveland, OH.
