Yolanda (DiRocco) Gambino, 89, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 11, 2021. Born in Niagara Falls, she was the beloved daughter of Alfred DiRocco and Lucia Gayla DiRocco.

Yolanda attended local schools and obtained her Master's Degree from Colgate Rochester Divinity School. She was a talented musician and a longtime member of the Sweet Adelines choir. Yolanda also served as a choir director and organist in Niagara Falls for several years.

Yolanda was an excellent cook and especially enjoyed providing to her family and friends. Above all, she will be remembered for her wonderful soul and heart of gold.

Mrs. Gambino is survived by her children, Patrick J. (Theresa) Gambino, Jerald P. (Liliana) Gambino, Elizabeth A. (late Geno) Badolato and Dino J. Gambino; her grandchildren, John P. (Rebecca) Gambino, Paula (Dan) Rydelek, Giancarlo Gambino, Adriana (Matthew) Profeta, Michael (Allie) Badolato, Rosana Gambino and Nicolas Gambino; her great-grandchildren, Juliana Gambino, Gabriella Gambino, Aleena Rydelek, Alex Rydelek, Daniella Profeta and Angelo Badolato; and her loving brother, Alfred "Sonny" DiRocco, Jr.

Visitation will be on Thursday, July 15 from 5 – 8 PM at M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 10:30 AM in St. Joseph Cemetery, 3806 Pine Avenue Niagara Falls, NY.
